In order to secure an appointment, all guests must provide a valid credit card. I kindly ask for a 48hr notification if you need to cancel or change your appointment. All cancellations or changes made less than 48hrs prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the anticipated total of services to the card provided. Refunds are not issued however, I would be more than happy to reevaluate your hair in person & discuss future appointments. Thank you for your consideration! :-)
